Checklist to Transfer to NAU-Yuma from a community college


Start Early! Three months prior to the beginning of the semester, start the process. It's easy!

Order your official High School, AWC, IVC, and/or any other community college/university transcripts for NAU.

Meet with an NAU-Yuma advisor to determine your unique plan of action and when it is best for you to apply for admissions. To set up an appointment call 317-6432. Don't forget to bring in, fax, or mail a copy of your unofficial college transcripts.

Fill out an NAU Admissions Application, which you can get from the NAU-Yuma Admissions page.

Apply for Financial Aid. If you need help, visit our Financial Aid page.

Remember that a maximum of 64 credit hours of community college classes with  a grade of C or better will transfer to NAU
